Message from SGI Canada General Director - Nova Scotia

April 26, 2020

We express the most profound shock and grief at the shootings that occurred in the Nova Scotia communities of Portapique, Wentworth, Debert, Shubenacadie and Enfield. Such horrific acts of violence are beyond comprehension. We send our sincere prayers for the repose of the deceased, and to the families, friends and communities that have been traumatized by these atrocities. It is especially difficult for the families of the victims to grieve and receive support amid the current need for physical distancing. Our hearts ache for what has happened to so many innocent lives and families. Please know that our SGI Canada community is continuously praying for you.
